Recently, the School of Materials Science and Engineering of Huaqiao University (HQU) and the China National R&D Center for Tungsten Technology held a ceremony to present a plaque marking the establishment of “Teaching Practice and Employment Internship Base” at Xiamen Tungsten Technology Center.

The event was attended by representatives including Fang Ruiming, Director of the Science and Technology Office of HQU, Wei Zhanhua, Dean of the School of Materials Science and Engineering, and Wen Xiao, Executive Deputy Director of Xiamen Tungsten Technology Center.

Wen Xiao guided the HQU delegation around the National Enterprise Technology Center of Xiamen Tungsten Co., Ltd (XTC) and China National R&D Center for Tungsten Technology. Wei Zhanhua introduced the basic information about the school and its advantageous disciplines, highlighting the collaboration between the school and XTC. Both sides expressed their willingness to deepen their partnership, aiming to leverage their respective strengths and jointly promote talent development and foster innovation in scientific research.
